As a specialist provider of emergency call outs, we are always looking for engineers who can help us deliver 5* service for homeowners with emergencies.

We negotiate payment for the first hour of labour on your behalf, so you just need to worry about getting the job done. Any extra time or parts can be billed via the app.

Please note - we only accept a limited number of trades people per postcode area.

  • Becoming a Hero is free!

    We do, however, offer priority access to jobs through our membership system.

  • Contractors using our free membership receive an average of 2-4 callouts per month. Using our paid memberships, however, contractors can average up to 16 jobs per month!

  • We pay you for the first hour of labour via Stripe, as soon as the job is done!

    Any extra work or parts should be put through our app to be billed to the customer.

  • We are 24/7, but will only send you work during the hours you wish to be contacted.

  • We charge the customer for the first hour of labour on your behalf, which we take a small commission on. Any work outside of this hour, additional parts, or new work that you get from this job, you charge the customer through the app.
