As a specialist provider of emergency call outs, we are always looking for engineers who can help us deliver our TrustPilot rated 5* service for homeowners with emergencies.
We negotiate payment for the first hour of labour on your behalf, so you just need to worry about getting the job done. Any extra time or parts can be billed directly to the customer.
Please note - we only accept a limited number of trades people per postcode area.

We do, however, offer priority access to jobs through our membership system.

Contractors using our free membership receive an average of 2-4 callouts per month. Using our paid memberships, however, contractors can average up to 16 jobs per month!

We pay you for the first hour of labour, as soon as the job is done!
Any extra work or parts needs to be billed directly to the customer.

We are 24/7, but will only send you work during the hours you wish to be contacted. Most of our engineers are happy to cover all hours because the rates are increased according to the time the job is sent.

We charge the customer for the first hour of labour on your behalf, which we take a small commission on and £5 to cover Stripe fees. Any work outside of this hour, additional parts, or new work that you get from this job, you charge the customer directly and don’t need to give us anything!

Yes! If you haven’t had a call out from us within 3 months you can cancel any time and we’ll refund you 100% of whatever you’ve paid so far. That’s how confident we are this is a great return on investment.
